My specialism is with Event Driven Marketing (sometimes called Event Based or Trigger Marketing). I started eventricity as a company to deliver EDM consultancy and ended up developing a complete software solution for delivery to Banks. The results are that our customers see response rates of >30% for their Customer contacts (instead of the 0.5% - 4% enjoyed by others).
