Sometimes you need a different KioWare version number than what’s publicly available on our website. For example: when you’re moving KioWare to a new device. And sometimes you just need an easy way to access your download, such as when a new version of KioWare has been released and you want to update to it. Either way, the best place to download KioWare is from your kioware.com user account. Let’s get to that in a moment, because before installing an update, It’s always a good idea to save your KioWare configuration settings to a file. To do so, open the KioWare configuration tool. In KioWare for Windows, click on the hamburger menu icon at the top left – that’s the stacked three lines – and choose Export Settings. In KioWare Classic for Windows, click on the File tab at the top left, then choose Save Settings to File. In KioWare for Android, click on Export XML Settings at the top right. If that option isn’t showing, just click the Ellipsis Menu – that’s the three dots – and you’ll find it there. No matter which KioWare product you have, following these steps saves your configuration settings to a file, juuust in case you need to import your settings in the future. Now, let’s go download the KioWare versiorn your account is eligible for. To get started, go to kioware.com. At the very top right, click on Customer Login. Of course, if you already have a username and password, just sign in. If you don’t yet have a kioware.com user account or aren’t sure, click Account Lookup. Follow the prompts to create or find your account. Once you’re logged in, click on Your Downloads, then click the black Free Download button.
