3. Observation is valuable!
After all this hard work*, I found some opportunities to
improve customer service, for example:

Give them a short cut!
In all supermarkets customers have to follow a defined way to make sure that
they pass along all the products. It seems that a lot of people do not like this,
because they do not have much time. They want to go straight ahead to what
they are looking for. So why not offer a "short cut for people in hurry", that
takes them directly to all the essentials they need for daily life?
