23. After collapse of the SOVIET UNION all countries that were
included to the USSR began to reconstruct their health
system by innovative technologies.
As one of the fast growing country in the world Azerbaijan
has given a special attention to the health system. Each
year has been given a significant volume of finance for
renowation of country health system.
So far over 50% of the government hospitals
have been reconstructed and equipped with new
