According to Fred Luthans
” Personality means how a person affects
others & how he understands & views
himself as well as the pattern of inner
& outer measurable traits and the
person-situation interaction”.
Bonner provides 6 propositions
to classify the nature of
personality within the context
of change & development .
Human behaviour is composed of acts.
Personality visualized as a whole
 actualises itself in a particular
 environment.
It is distinguished by self consistency.
It forms a time-integrating structure.
It is a goal oriented behaviour.
It is a process of becoming.
