Instructions:-
First of all AIESEC Baroda welcomes you to Baroda. We wish you an intense and integrated learning
experience. We are requesting you to sign this document because we believe that your safety and
experience is our first priority.

The following guidelines will be adhered to by all the trainees coming to reside in the hostels. These
guidelines are intended to impart specific instructions for the upkeep & maintenance of the trainees.
They also lay down certain instructions to maintain the decorum & discipline of all resident trainees
in the trainee house. We do hope that these guidelines would be taken in the right spirit of things &
that all our honored guests from abroad will abide by it.

                         Detailing of Accommodation package :-

    Package price – $80 (4000 Rupees only.)
          Services included :-
                I. Accommodation for the stay during Internship in Baroda.
               II. Electricity, water and maintenance bill is covered.
              III. Wi-Fi will be add on facility in package.
              IV. 3-4 people in one room of the house.
               V. Normal water supply, temperature of water will depend
                     upon weather.
              VI. Mattresses will be provided with pillow.

 Legal Statements


       You need to pay $80 (Rs. 4000) on the day of your arrival after your arrival to AIESEC
        Baroda for your stay in the house. This includes Electricity, water and Maintenance
        towards the house only.

       Any single breakage or harm done to the house property will lead you to pay the
        amount of damage done by you and damage cost will be given by AIESEC Baroda.

       You are not allowed to consume alcohol unless you have an official passport signed
        permit.

       You are not allowed to consume illegal drugs throughout the internship in India.

       You should not leave your house apart from your working hours and unless it’s
        urgent, though doing so will mean that AIESEC Baroda is not responsible for any
        consequences arising from this.

       Please do not interact with externals unless you know them well, AIESEC Baroda is
        not responsible for any such activity.

       AIESEC in Baroda is not responsible for your luggage; please take efficient care of it.

       AIESEC in Baroda would request you not to go ahead and do part time jobs.

       Please carry the president and executive body of AIESEC BARODA’s contact details
        with you.

       You are not allowed to carry any kind of weapons/arms/ammunition. If found, the EP
        will be sent back to his/her own country.

       Please do not indulge yourself with any kind of fights and legal matters, AIESEC in
        Baroda will not be responsible for any of your Action or future parameters.

       Please inform AIESEC Baroda at least 3 days in advance of your travel to any other
        city except Baroda, AIESEC Baroda is not responsible for any other issue / issues
        caused due to your travel, if not directly related to your internship program.

       If a stranger offers you food, please do not consume it. It might be containing drugs.

       AIESEC Baroda is not responsible for your valuables they are your liabilities.

 Before Leaving the Country after the internship please make sure that you have
      informed AIESEC Baroda officially and the TN where you have worked.

     Please follow to the rules and regulations of TN‘s where you work.

     Please follow the culture of India and I hope you would enjoy the same. But not
      following society rules can cause issues for which AIESEC Baroda will not be
      responsible.

     You should inform AIESEC Baroda before going to a party hosted by an external and
      AIESEC Baroda takes all rights to say NO, please respect that.

     Please take active participation in AIESEC Baroda activities.

     AIESEC has sent me a copy of this contract before I left for India. I agreed on signing
      this contract if I want to participate in this project. If I do not provide a signed copy of
      this contract on arrival, AIESEC will carry NO RESPONSIBILITY for the EP AT ALL
      during his stay in India.

     AIESEC Baroda has full rights to send the EP back to his country if the EP is causing
      immense issues for the host local chapter.

     You cannot switch TN’s or Join any other company without prior permission from
      AIESEC Baroda.

     Please do not create issues for your society/people that you live with, AIESEC Baroda
      won’t be responsible for any such act.



     Interns staying less than 15 days or interns staying 15 or more than 15 days ( that is up
      to 1 month or full six weeks ), have to pay the full rent. People who are staying more
      than 6 weeks have to pay price equal to 2 packages.

 Culture Facts



        Please do not wear very attractive dresses and go to public markets, or any social
         place. We expect you will respect our culture and tradition.

        Please follow the rules of the locality where you live.

        Travelling late at night is discouraged, it can be dangerous.

        Relations with Externals are totally discouraged and can be dangerous and AIESEC
         Baroda will not be responsible.

        You have been employed by AIESEC Baroda; as any employer would do, we also
         expect you to do the tasks of your job in a motivated, careful and responsible
         manner. If this is not the case, we will have the right to end any contracts with
         AIESEC, which means that you will not be hosted by AIESEC anymore and you are
         not allowed to use any AIESEC facilities after this and amount paid to AIESEC Baroda
         will not be refunded.

           You are encouraged to obey the work-related instructions of AIESEC Baroda.

        Please portray good facts about your country as well as India; we are not responsible
         for any issues created due to your disrespect for India.

        Understand the Indian Culture well. If you need help, AIESEC Baroda is there at your
         service.

        Please talk to your EP Buddy if you haven’t been given right expectations back in
         your HOME LC.
