What I Learned from Leadership Triangle's Transforming Leaders

  • 1. What I learned during Transforming Leaders by Kristen Smith
  • 2.  I have a LOT to learn and could study more about leadership. The reflective practice is important. 
  • 3.  Trust is of absolute importance.  One should be clear on one’s own leadership philosophy. It’s important to know and be true to personal values. 
  • 4.  Making a difference  Helping others  Integrity  Community  Spirituality
  • 5.  Feedback IS a gift. I want to move from conflict avoidance towards collaboration. 
  • 6.  I promise to work to strengthen my team (Leadership Triangle and work)  I want to create jobs in North Carolina. I want to continue the work of becoming a better leader. 
  • 7.  Develop and revisit leadership philosophy  Work to explore why feedback is a gift Start a reflective practice 
  • 8.  Continue to learn about profiles in leadership and other examples from universities OTHER than Duke
  • 9. Thanks to my awesome team, coach, and fellow coachee! Thank you also to the Leadership Triangle team and Colonel LeBoeuf!
