        pages for organizations,
        businesses, celebrities, and
        bands to broadcast
        information to people who
        choose to connect with
        them
       Similar to profiles, but for
        entities.
       You can create and manage
        a Facebook Page for your
        organization from your
        personal account.

    Places is a Facebook feature that
     allows users to see where friends
     are and share their location
    Places allows users to check-in
    Places requires users to have
     mobile access to the Facebook
     application for iPhone, Android,
     Blackberry
    Users create places
    Businesses and organizations
     need to search for and claim
     their Facebook Places

How To Create a Facebook Page for Business
1. Click on this link
2. Choose the Page category
3. Add a logo
4. Invite Facebook Friends to
   visit
5. Invite current customers
6. Post Status Updates
7. Integrate with your website,
   using Facebook Like Box
8. Enable management from
   mobile device

What are Facebook Check-in Deals?
    Individual Deals: One-time deal, for both new and
     existing customers. Might be used to drive in-store traffic.
    Loyalty Deals: May be claimed by customers after
     between 2 and 20 check-ins. Great for driving repeat visits.
    Friend Deals: Friend Deals enable businesses to offer
     discounts to groups of up to 8 people, when they check in
     together.
    Charity Deals: Charity Deals enable businesses and
     organizations to make a donation in the amount of their
     choice to the charity of their choice each time someone
     claims their deal.

How To Setup a Facebook Deal
    Step #1: Choose your deal type
    Step #2: Define your offer
    Step #3: Specify run dates &
     restrictions.
    Step #4: Push your deal. Push it
     to all your child Places. This will
     ensure that all child Places run
     the same deal.
    Step #5: Promote your deal.
     Promote it by posting a status
     update on your Facebook
     Page, or running a Facebook
     Ad.

     people who checked into a
