How it works <ul><li>Each Friday we will post the activities for the following week </li></ul><ul><li>Participants will receive an email to let them know that this has happened </li></ul><ul><li>Set up an RSS feed to the blog (week 2) </li></ul><ul><li>You post your blog entry for the week (preferably by Friday afternoon) </li></ul><ul><li>Catch up weeks built in to the programme </li></ul>
