URBAN dictionary:
An overused adjective intended to denote something as "cool" or
  "great" but instead winds up meaning "lame." This is actually a
  reflection of the lameness of person using the word, the degree
  of which is directly proportionate to difference between the
  user's perspective of the so-called awesome object / person /
  situation and that of a reasonably sober, well-informed observer.
START FROM THE BEGINNING
Step 1: Take a good look
•   What is the goal of the company? Is it relevant to someone?
•   What are the values of the company?
•   Do people know what they are doing?
•   How do you perform?
•   How is the company perceived outside? Inside?
•   Does the structure support reaching the goal?
STEP 2: DEFINE OWN CULTURE

STEP 3: LIVE YOUR STYLE

•   Build hiring-pipeline
