In diesem Talk Berichte ich über Erfahrungen mit Portfolio- und Strategie-Boards und gebe ein paar Tipps zu wesentlichen Unterschieden, die unter anderem bzgl. Prozess, Meetings, Struktur der Boards zu beachten sind.
