                                            Technologien für ein intelligentes Informationsmanagement. Das von der
GRANT AGREEMENT NO: 258723
                                                                                                                              bestehende RapidEye Datenarchiv über das RapidEye Science Archive (RESA) der genutzt werden [3].
                                            Europäischen Kommission im 7. Forschungsrahmenprogramm geförderte
                                            integrierte Projekt TRIDEC stellt neue Architekturen und Werkzeuge zur
                                                                                                                              RapidEye-Daten liegen als 12-bit Werte vor, was für die meisten GRASS-Module unkritisch ist. Auf 8-bit Daten
                                            Verfügung, um Krisensituationen zu überwinden und Schäden oder negative
                                                                                                                              optimierte Module wie i.landsat.rgb wurden im Rahmen von TRIDEC erweitert und werden als GRASS Add-On
                                            Einflüsse nach Möglichkeit durch angepasste Entscheidungen abzuwehren [1].
                                                                                                                              Module publiziert. Das Atmosphärenkorrekturmodul i.atcorr wurde 2010 für RapidEye-Daten erweitert [4],
                                                                                                                              aktuelle Ergebnisse deuten jedoch auf Notwendigkeit der Überarbeitung hin.
                                            Die Leistungsfähigkeit des technologischen Ansatzes wird TRIDEC in zwei
                                            Anwendungsfeldern demonstriert. Im ersten Anwendungsszenario geht es um

                                            Teil dieses Szenarios ist das frühzeitige Anfordern von Satellitenbildaufnahmen
                                            bei sich abzeichnenden Krisensituationen. Die RapidEye Satelliten werden in
                                            diesem Kontext als Vorläufer für zukünftige Satellitenkonstellationen hoher       El Hierro Unterwasservulkan
                                            Aufnahmeflexibilität betrachtet.
                                                                                                                              Im Süden der spanischen Atlantik-Insel El Hierro kam es im Oktober 2011 zu vulkanischen Unterwassereruptionen
                                            Das zweite Anwendungsszenario setzt den Fokus auf Krisensituationen, wie sie      in 700 m bis 150 m Wassertiefe. Auch in diesem Fall wurden manuell Bildüberflüge durch die RapidEye-Satelliten
                                            bei der Erschließung des Untergrundes durch Bohrungen auftreten können.           geplant, die für TRIDEC als Beispieldatensätze für kontinuierliche natürliche Krisensituationen dienen.


Beispiel Tohoku Tsunami

Der Tohuku-Tsunami vom 11. März 2011 wurde durch ein Erdbeben der Stärke 9.0 vor der japanischen
Küste ausgelöst. Der Tsunami erreichte Wellenhöhen von bis zu 23 m und verwüstete große Gebiete der
ostjapanischen Küste. Nach ersten Informationen über das Erdbeben konnte die Aufnahmeplanung durch
RapidEye noch vor der Aktivierung der International Charter Space and Major Disasters erfolgen.

RapidEye Satellitenbilddaten und GRASS GIS Neue Optionen der Krisenkartierung in TRIDEC Dr. Peter Löwe, CeGIT, Helmholtz-Zentrum Potzsdam, Deutsches GeoForschungsZentrum GFZ, Telegraphenberg A20, 14473 Potsdam,ploewe@gfz-potsdam.de Satellitenbildnutzung im TRIDEC Projekt Bildverarbeitung von RapidEye Satellitendaten mit GRASS GIS SEVENTH FRAMEWORK PROGRAMME (FP7) Die RapidEye Satellitenkonstellation liefert hochauflösende Fernerkundungsdaten in den Spektralkanälen Blau, SPECIFIC PROGRAMME ‚COOPERATION‘ - ICT Entscheidungsprozesse im Erdmanagement der Zukunft erfordern innovative THEME: INTELLIGENT INFORMATION MANAGEMENT Grün, Rot, Rot-Nahinfrarot-Kante, und Nahinfrarot in 5m Auflösung [2]. Für Forschungszwecke kann das ICT-2009.4.3 Technologien für ein intelligentes Informationsmanagement. Das von der GRANT AGREEMENT NO: 258723 bestehende RapidEye Datenarchiv über das RapidEye Science Archive (RESA) der genutzt werden [3]. Europäischen Kommission im 7. Forschungsrahmenprogramm geförderte integrierte Projekt TRIDEC stellt neue Architekturen und Werkzeuge zur RapidEye-Daten liegen als 12-bit Werte vor, was für die meisten GRASS-Module unkritisch ist. Auf 8-bit Daten Verfügung, um Krisensituationen zu überwinden und Schäden oder negative optimierte Module wie i.landsat.rgb wurden im Rahmen von TRIDEC erweitert und werden als GRASS Add-On Einflüsse nach Möglichkeit durch angepasste Entscheidungen abzuwehren [1]. Beispiel Tohoku Tsunami Der Tohuku-Tsunami vom 11. März 2011 wurde durch ein Erdbeben der Stärke 9.0 vor der japanischen Küste ausgelöst. Der Tsunami erreichte Wellenhöhen von bis zu 23 m und verwüstete große Gebiete der ostjapanischen Küste. Nach ersten Informationen über das Erdbeben konnte die Aufnahmeplanung durch RapidEye noch vor der Aktivierung der International Charter Space and Major Disasters erfolgen.
