My background as a Psychologist and my wide HR experience in Automotive, FMCG, Pharmaceutical industry and PA, has been integrated by my recent experience as a consultant in Corporate Banking, Fashion, Real Estate and Customer Service. From goal definition, to solutions identification, through the development of an action plan, KPI's and resources, I propose a flexible approach on the basis of strategic problem solving and the use of several analysis, creativity and innovation techniques.
