1. Teamwork
This is when I working
together with my group
member for a project. This
project is mainly about the
customer service between
Tim Horton’s and
Starbucks. With almost a
month of working, we wrote a report about these two coffee
companies and with a conclusion of Starbucks is a better
brand. What I did for this project is to recognize the goal of
Starbucks and get the conclusion from all the information
we got. We made a 30 minutes presentation to the audiences
and it was very successful. This is really helpful to me about
understanding of the customer services in both companies.

2. Presentation
In this photo I was doing
a presentation at college.
The topic was the
communication practices
in TD Bank Group. The
presentation was divided
into three parts.
The first part is internal communication in TD. The other two is
the external communication TD has and what kind of
communication style make TD become a successful bank. And
from this presentation I learned how to make a professional
presentation. At the same time I also learned about the way
people communicate each other in TD. To me it was very useful.
As I am a international student, with this project I knew how
people deal with some problems in Canada.

3. Volunteer
This two photos were taken when
I was doing volunteer. The first
one was in a Mandarin Church in Toronto, and I did the
volunteer for a Christ event. The second one was in
Hangzhou, which is my hometown. And in that picture it
was having the international flower festival that time.

4. Award
This is when me and
my group won the
prize for a debate. It
was in last year and
the topic is about
the online shopping
VS traditional
shopping. We were
represent as the
online shopping side and I played the second role. I did
learned a lot from this debate. I became more confident
and more like to speak in public after that.

5. Special Event
This two photos was taken
when I was in a singing
competition. And I won the
highest score for that
competition. Singing is my
interest, and this
competition gave me more
than just singing. I learned
how to perform in a right
way to please audience. Also
this event taught me how
compete with others. This is
really a good experience
though it was not about
business. And I did enjoy
that time.
