is very used to it.

Explain customer as how does the same processes
work in OpenERP
Keep comparison handy and you have to be
confident first and then Dedicate as much time you
can to show (explanation does not work guys ) the
comparison.

process and try to adopt the modular approach so
that customer keep getting something new to be wow
after some interval of time .
I would suggest not to give all love at one go
implement module by module and try to come out
with a new functionality every week so they can have
time to appreciate .
