sheets, City of Chicago email and data entry system.
Maintain City’s non-emergency 311 resident requests for completion.
Manage City of Chicago data entry system, email and faxing of forms; prepare HDX forms for private
contractual employees.
Special events duties include securing areas for crowd control, assisted emergency management traffic
services on dispersing crowds, reported all city related emergencies to supervisors or police.
Snow command includes maintenance of areas especially emergency routes, corners and buildings.
Assist residents with city related questions and problems.
Handle refuse collection including maintaining daily directed areas in wards.
