The Leadership Shadow is a simple management model 
intended to increase gender balance in the corporate world. 
It is an innovative model with guidelines, suggestions and 
practical solutions for leaders how to approach the gender 
discrepancy and change the unacceptably low levels of 
women in leadership

In Rotary we have to work to counter this. 
If we succeed, we will be “fitter for purpose”
