I lead design operations and complex design programs into Agile and FMCG manufacturing environments so products & services deliver exceptional customer experiences. For 7 years I’ve led design projects working with brands like Yell, Tesco, RBS and Sky and in the last 4 years I’ve set up design & UX operations for Sky, Tyche (gaming co.) and Imagination.
