9. Step #1- Everyone in your group needs to make a
Common Sense Roll
If ½ or more WIN:
- You have enough common sense to realize a
storm is coming and batten down the ship to
prepare it for rough weather
- Choose 2 explorers to make a SEAMANSHIP roll
- Both Win= you ride out the storm without problems
- If 1 fails = Roll again and look @ Ship’s Mishap Table
10. If ½ or more LOSE:
- You have been caught off by the storm!!! Oh No!
- Choose 3 explorers to make a Common Sense
roll
- If you win your roll= you survive the storm
- If you lose your roll= you must make a strength roll to
see if you are thrown overboard
- LOSE= you are tossed in the water and lose a HEALTH point
- Your group must try to save you by doing a STRENGTH roll
11. SAVE ME! Your group must try to save you by
doing a STRENGTH roll
WINS: If one person wins= you are saved
from drowning
- One explorer can make a MEDICAL roll to try and
restore your health point
LOSE: For every fail, the person drowning
loses a HEALTH point
- If no one wins you drown and become a ghost

Both Win: Roll 1 time on the Ship’s Mishap Table to
see what kind of damage your ship sustained
Lose: Spin TWO times on the Ship’s Mishap Table

Both Win: you have succeeded in convincing the
crew! Continue in your voyage
