Editor's Notes
Those are our 4 Core principles and those are what we promote and work on all year.
One of the biggest benefits of joining Jr. Beta is the opportunity for scholarships.
Beta gives over $300,000 in scholarships to it’s members every year
This year, we are giving the John W Harris leadership award, and with that you would have an opportunity to attend the national convention in New Orleans and the Beta Leadership camp this summer.
Community service is HUGE for college applications- they want to see well rounded students, NOT just students who make really high grades. They want to see you involved in other activities that help ybuild our local community.
A part of helping our local community, especially our school community, you might not know this, but Jr. Beta helped fundraise and sponsor a STREAM space in the Media Center. Our fundraising efforts helped us to buy
- It’s going to make our Media Center a place for all of us to use for STREAM.
