Hi. I’m ______. (breath in slowly and pretend to think for 2 seconds)
I’m the HID Engineer from ______ Corp. (breath in again slowly)
I’ve been in my present job for __ years now.
My objectives for this meeting are to find out more about the business
requirements of your company.
(Smile, look towards the next person so that they know its time to
introduce themselves).

“Hello” in return, don’t worry, this is normal)

I’ve been in my current position for __ years now and recently took
responsibility for _________
I report into to the (Title) Manager, (Name of your manager)
My main objectives for this meeting are to learn more about the
requirements for _________ project and how I can best help with the
project.
