4. Design: Cross-sectional survey
Assessment site: All (12) sub-
districts of Tangail.
Respondents: Total 200 users
randomly selected
- 139 CHWs
- 30 supervisors
- 31 service providers

5. Data collection tools: Structured paper-based
questionnaires
Data collection process: Participants who gave
consent were given self-administered
questionnaire.
It took 25-30 minutes to fill up the
questionnaire.

21. Conclusion
• Users perceived the electronic tools as
• useful for service delivery, reduce workload, comprehensive in managing the
business process
• The electronic tools are found easier for
• data capturing, accessing and sharing data, data use, and reporting
• Learning and remembering how to use the electronic systems are not
difficult as anticipated
• Satisfied and recommend to scale-up
