Ian Murdock is Vice President of Platform at ExactTarget, where he is responsible for the company's platform strategy, platform products, and developer programs. Prior to joining ExactTarget, Ian ran Sun's worldwide developer strategy, and marketing programs. Ian has also served as the Chief Technology Officer of the Linux Foundation and founded Debian, one of the most popular and influential Linux-based operating systems with millions of users worldwide. Ian received his B.S. in Computer Science from Purdue University in 1996.
