Bank Emulation is a well established and highly accepted method of safely facilitating
the Consumer’s use of their own bank account to complete an online purchase.
• Is it safe?
Yes! The connection to the Customer’s bank is completed via the secure
ClickDebit Gateway. No financial details are stored or passed to the Merchant.
• Is it legal?
Yes! The Customer authorizes the action as part of the transaction flow, allowing
ClickDebit to facilitate the account login & transaction on behalf of the Customer,
as a Third Party Agent.
