Melvindave Consulting Inc. (MCI) is a technology company founded in 2008
focused on developing mobile applications for its clients. We have empowered
businesses in the Philippines, Asia, United States, Australia and Europe with mobile
applications that meet their business needs. MCI has the expertise in developing
mobile applications for iOS(iPhone and iPad) and Android.
We are among the pioneers in developing iPhone applications in the Philippines
and have successfully produced and deployed iPhone and iPad applications to
Apple's iPhone App Store for local and international clients.
Management
Melvin Dave P. Vivas
President and CEO
Melvin is founder of MCI. Melvin has more than 10 years experience in the IT industry in
the areas of telecommunications, mobile payments and technology consulting. He leads
MCI and is responsible for its business strategy and long-term growth. He is founder and
chairman of PinoyJUG, the largest association of Java professionals in the Philippines and
PinoySEG, an association of Philippine Software Engineers. He also founded the Philippine
Mobile Developers Group.
Dennis A. Bugayong
VP and Chief Operations Officer
Dennis is co-founder of MCI. Dennis has more than 9 years experience in the IT industry in
the areas of banking, government systems, and technology consulting. Before he co-
founded MCI, Dennis was previously connected with Citibank Philippines and Banco De
Oro(BDO), one of the countries biggest banks. Together with Melvin, Dennis co-founded
the Philippine Mobile Developers Group.

We develop mobile applications for iOS(iPhone,iPad), and Android. We are a pioneer in
developing iPhone and Android applications in the Philippines. We have successfully
produced and deployed iPhone applications to Apple's iPhone App Store for local and

Mobile Applications Testing
We have expertise in mobile applications testing. Using standard and client-defined
criteria, we provided Cambridge University Press, a leading international publisher, a
customized apps testing service for iOS(iPhone and iPad)

We conduct Scrum Training for organizations who would want to adapt the Agile
Development Methodology. MCI is also launching corporate iPhone and iPad
