 5. Students can “friend” each other and
give “gifts.”

4. Ease of Use
 1. Very consistent user interface.
 2. Step-by-step guides for creating
courses.
 3. You can see students’ passwords in
case they forget.
 4. Majority of site operates with tabs and
pull down menus.
 5. Editing lessons can be complicated
with lengthy processes.

5. Visual Appeal
 1. Site has a very basic look but can be
customized with paid features.
 2. Much like in a wiki, font, color, size
choices along with use of pictures,
embedded videos can make a
generic template look appealing.

6. Technical Support
 1. Technical support operates by
directing attention to bugs through
email or forums which are usually
corrected quickly.
 2. No in-house technical support is
needed.
 3. Most of the support a new user will
need will be from an experienced
user.
