Nowadays with the new millennium speeding towards us and competitive advantage more rapidly
than ever, organisational behavior is one of the most direct relevance study for deeper understanding
of management context. Indeed, it's about how people organised and managed at work, which
contains the study of leadership, motivation and organisational design to examine human behaviour
in relation to various psychological, social and political conditions. The purpose of study this subject
from regulatory perspective is to examine what happens in company and suggesting minor change.
From radical perspective, judgment is made on the way organisation should be and suggest
recommendation on how to achieve it. An organisational culture is exist in every company to make

Behavior (OB) is related to individuals, group of people working together in teams. The study
becomes more challenging when situational factors interact. No two individuals are likely to behave
in the same manner in a particular work situation. It is the predictability of a manager about the
expected behavior of an individual. There are no absolutes in human behavior. It is the human factor
that is contributory to the productivity hence the study of human behavior is important. Great
importance therefore must be attached to the study.
Generally it's the understanding of the very credentials of an individual, background, social
framework, educational update, impact of social groups and other situational factors on behavior.
Managers under whom an individual is working should be able to explain, predict, evaluate and

By working together, each member of Team Enron had the opportunity to experience several factors
that had an impact on our organizational behavior. All factors had both positive and negative affects,
however, the behavior of each team member contributed greatly to the completion of our group

One aspect of job performance is task performance, in which job analysis is commonly used for
definition. We used this by compiling a list of activities to be completed which was then distributed
to each member of the group. Our group then successfully used creative task performance which
involved coming up with ideas that were useful to the overall project. Since meeting up and
completing the project was difficult, our performance of the project relied on everyone doing their
assigned task so that the project would come together as one whole.
In summary, performance is a behavior which is something done by the employee. This concept
differentiates performance from outcomes. Outcomes are the result of an individual's performance,

Two factors that were supposed to help did not help for me, organizational justice and work
relationships. A strong influence over our satisfaction level is how fair we are treated. After losing
one of our employees, my manager hired this lady she been knowing for a while and she treated her
with the most up held respect. I started to notice the difference in how my manager would treat the
both of us and it made me feel like I was never really appreciate nor was I worthy of doing my job. I

Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) is a vital part of the success of a company. The
employee's thoughts and actions even considering culture are thoroughly analyzed. This idea allows
managers to improve not only individual behavior but also group dynamic
performances/interactions and workers safety. This theory is considered as a science of the behavior
of each employee. The history of OBM started in the 1900's, with the strong influence of Skinner
and Watson. Scientific Behavior began in the workplace, following the applications of behavioral
principles to instructional design. Frederick Taylor, another innovative manager was a huge
supporter of the scientific method being presented and utilized. Three main areas of OBM
application include: Performance Management, Behavioral Systems Analysis, and Behavior–Based
Safety. Inside of each area, there are key points to consider. Some would be leadership, decision

Organizational Behavior And Organisational Behavior Nowadays with the new millennium speeding towards us and competitive advantage more rapidly than ever, organisational behavior is one of the most direct relevance study for deeper understanding of management context. Indeed, it's about how people organised and managed at work, which contains the study of leadership, motivation and organisational design to examine human behaviour in relation to various psychological, social and political conditions. The purpose of study this subject from regulatory perspective is to examine what happens in company and suggesting minor change. From radical perspective, judgment is made on the way organisation should be and suggest recommendation on how to achieve it. An organisational culture is exist in every company to make them institutionalised and distinct them with each other. (Robbins and Millett, 2004) A company that I work in during the four months holidays after the SPM examination has their own organisational culture, though they are not a big multinational company. Learning culture is the type of organisational culture I found in my working place. It was an insurance company, Tokyo marine life.
