mReward (Loyalty platform and CRM
system) is an automated platform for
managing loyalty program of any level of
complexity, monobrand or multibrand. It’s
designed for agile management of customer
loyalty, for data collection and processing,
for launching advertising campaigns and for

bonuses (virtual units: marketing or
settlement);

program: flexible settings of bonus accrual,

with the ability to create shared segments.

members: promotions settings (additional
limited-time promotions valid for purchases
or customer’s marketing activities +
notifications and mailings - email/sms/push).
 Various modules within the system including
promo codes, coupons, gift certificates;
 Merchant & customer tools: ability to
generate required number cards of a specific
type for payments online or in a store.
 Mobile app with instruments to interact with
your customers (registration, balance,
purchase history, deals and promotions,
promo codes (coupons), gift certificates).
 Customer registration: collection and
processing of data from different channels
including customer personal account online,
check in your mobile application or in a self-
service terminal;
 No additional hardware required; we use
flexible methods to integrate with POS,
accounting systems or online stores. A single
channel for correct data collection;
 Technical support service throughout the life
cycle of loyalty programs plus free upgrades.
