- What is career? We all have been asked what we want to be when we grow up? Did a child ever say that he/she wants different career’s? A career should offer respect, growth, income to meet your needs & should have potential to meet your growing needs? Selecting Career is most important. We are here because most probably we did not select the right career. This time I request you not to repeat the same mistake again.
- The questions are the one that you have to put to the audience & they have to reply to themselves & not to you. Do you have a growth plan?
- 3 years from now –ask what shall be the price of petrol 3 years from now? Answer shall be double! Inform , if the price of petrol shall increase then the prices of all the things shall increase?\\ Will our income be also double in 3 years in the job or business where we are at the moment? Give example of a child who asks for ever toy they see & tell parents that please buy for me whenever you have money? 5 years later the car / motorcycle/ fridge/ TV everything we have will become old? In the career where we are will we be able to buy new things or just keep on getting them repaired? 10 years – the child who used to ask for toys will not be able to go to best college, WHY? Because we never chose the right career 30 years – will we have the same strength we have now to work? Do we want to dependent or independent in our old age? Choose the right career!!!
- Age keeps on growing but in job the income does not grow the way we want or the way our family expenditure increases. We have to live in limits because there are boundaries & inflation every year actually negates the increment we get every year. Mention in job there is politics, pressure from boss, unfair growth & stress.
- Ask about the shopkeeper, from whom they have been buying rations for last 10 years, has that shopkeeper been able to open 2 more shops or businesses from that one shop? Small businesses just can make your ends meet & never make you grow in life.
- Insecurity – some time you earn & most of the times you have to sustain yourself on what you have earned in good times. That’s why majority of the people in this category say , a job is better because at least the salary keeps on coming every month.
- Use top achievers in the audience & ask them to mention their income from the first month till one year. Choose the right person, who has good record. If no one is available, tell you own example or the examples of achievers.
- Highlight the benefits of being free. In choose timings mention that you cant start working in an office or open your shop at 6 am or open till late till 11 pm.
