5. Objective of the workshop:
Success matter of choice or chance – GURUInc workshop is an attempt to
help individuals come up with their purpose of life. The workshop structure is
designed with an attempt to help individuals work out their personal Vision and
chalk out action plan to fulfil their vision.
Premise of the workshop:
We use less than 5% of our true potential, we are born with tremendous
capacities and we take them to grave - unused.
Research finding says this is because:
• 95% of people in this world don’t know what they want in life
• 3% know what they want but don’t know how to achieve it
• 1% know and achieve, but can’t enjoy what they have achieved. They either
achieve at the end of their lives or have fallen sick achieving it
• Less then 1% know, achieve and enjoy what they have achieved
Our brain is wonderful, most powerful supercomputer – with it’s hardware and
software, but no operating manual. Workshop manual is an budding attempt to
develop operating manual for participants progress in life.

Members educated from top B-School and Global work exposure with Fortune 100 corporations
• Manish is Founder & Director at GURUInc.
• Manish has Masters in Management from Asian Institute of Management – Manila and
PGDMM from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies
• His key strengths are corporate strategy, business planning, performance management and
Strategic training & development.
• He has over 17 years of industry experience, and he has worked in leadership roles at
several Fortune 500 corporations in India & Philippines.
• He is a faculty of management teaching Business Strategy with IBS & GICEM, and has been
on the Board of Garware Institute of Management – Mumbai University
• Manish has conducted several workshops on implementation of ‘VMOKRAPI’, Score Cards,
MANISH Six Thinking hats and other customized Human Potential Development programs.
• Manish is doing self research on unique concept of Balanceology and plans to write a book
on same.
• GURUInc has been associated with Bombay Chambers for conducting Soft Skills Training
