A communication scholar specialized in interpersonal and intercultural communication. Published 16 academic journal articles or book chapters over the last 5 years; presented 23 papers at national/international conferences of communication studies over the same period. Received 12 Top-Paper/Top-Student Paper Awards. Competent in quantitative research, designing surveys, and running advanced statistical analyses (including but not limited to multivariate analyses, SEM, multilevel analyses, and latent class/profile/transition analyses). Excellent teaching skills (average student satisfaction above 4.5 on a 5-point scale).
