physical environment. Extroverts are not as concerned with themselves

An introvert is a person who is energized by being alone and whose
energy is drained by being around other people. Introverts are more

Hot oil Massage:- before go to the bed sometimes I do hot
oil massage to my scalp.
Shampoo:- To keep my hair clean n healthy I shampoo my
hair thrice in week.
Conditioning:- To keep my hair naturally soft n silky I do use
Conditioner after shampoo.
