   PASSIVE SUBJECT + TO BE + PAST PARTICIPLE

 The passive voice is used when the subject of the sentence
  is not important. It is used when the object is more
  important.
 EG:

The Malaria vaccine was invented
We are not saying who invented it that is optional.
