W ith branches in Johannesburg and Kwazulu Natal, for more than 7 years Fisokuhle
Multiservices has been providing quality, specialized services in the cleaning industry,
Garden maintenance, and facility management to a handful of diverse clients . Fisokhule has
introduced another division of security services.
The company was formed in October 2002 in accordance with the Economic Empowerment
programmes for the disadvantaged that was established by the government. Fisokuhle
Multiservices is determined to see that there are branches nationally by the year 2010.
One of our many aims is also to transfer skills to local members in the community in which we
have obtained a contract to further enhance their work potential. This has led to us achieving
tremendous support from corporate companies and also the business awards from different
business associations.
We have made it mandatory to comply with the basic conditions of employment act (act 75 of
1997) and the labour relation act (act 66 of 1995).
In our capacity, we are able to manage any contract to client’s specification.

Our Comittment
Fisokuhle Multiservices cc is committed to ensuring that our company is free of gender

Having a workforce that reflects the demographic of the country can improve market share,

We also ensure that we have complied with the Health and Safety Environmental plan in which
all our staffs comply with the Act No 85 of 1993.
The Occupational and Safety Act determines that the employer must as far as is reasonably
practicable create and maintain a work environment that is without risk to the health and safety
of its employees and their contractors, this has motivated us at Fisokuhle Multiservices to comply
with the Act.
We also have complied with compensation for occupational injuries and diseases Act 130 of
1993. We have attached to our documents the COID certificate and the OSHA certificate.
Our Trainings
All the staffs of the Fisokuhle Multiservices are trained in their own capacity to render our services
with a professional touch that can meet with any standard worldwide.
We have also input the training of all our employees into our corporate plan. This certainly is
to ensure that maximum service delivery is attained. A detailed training programme which will
comply with all Acts and regulations in the cleaning services industry is in place for all our cleaners
and supervisors.
The key thrust of these trainings is in the aspects of functionality/technical and life skills. Fisokuhle
also participates fully in National Skills Development Initiatives and working together with SETA
accredited training company Siyaya Skills Institution for regular staff training sessions. Our cleaners
also go through an in depth cleaning training to meet the ever changing industry challenges and
to stay abreast of new improved methods and techniques.

We are also in our capacity to offer loans to our employees who are interested in pursuing any
course in the tertiary level or to any other training institution.

4. Management
Fisokuhle Multiservices is an 100% black woman owned company and 100% HDI equity
ownership. The company owned by Felicia Mkhwanazi Buthelezi, a South African citizen who
has over time responded to the dilemma of historically disadvantaged individuals (HDI) by
providing job opportunity through her reputable company. This of course has contributed to the
employment act and the economy of South Africa in its own capacity.
Fisokuhle has been rated as a level 3 and this is the highest rating that a small company
can obtain.
In as much as Fisokuhle Multiservices ensures that there is no gender discrimination in its
employing of workers, a good Human Resource Management structure is in place; this is seen as
the differentiating factor in businesses.
