EB-5 Ameri-Holdings, LLC Regional Center presents
200 shares of the best America has to offer.
2. LakePoint Sporting Community & Town Center is a 1200± acre mixed-use development site, located adjacent
to Lake Allatoona in Bartow County, in Greater Metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia, the hub of the southern United
States and home to one of the nation’s fastest growing Asian populations. The development site is located
approximately 30 minutes from Atlanta’s Buckhead/Midtown/Downtown sub-markets via Interstate 75.
Despite its close proximity to metropolitan Atlanta and its international airport, LakePoint is surrounded by
North Georgia’s spectacularly beautiful mountain and lake country, offering outstanding outdoor
recreational venues, including water sports and camping and hiking opportunities. Allatoona is recognized
as the most popular lake in the State of Georgia, and routinely records over 92 million visitor hours annually.
The perfect location.
Much more than bats, balls and helmets, the key to the enterprise’s
success lies in LakePoint Sports’ unique ability to integrate world-class
sporting facilities into a large scale commercial and residential
development. These innovative sporting facilities are projected to draw
approximately six (6) million visitors to the Project annually, directing
guests to the project’s hotels, restaurants and retail shops where they
will spend $830M annually. 40+ million people live within a 5 hour drive
of our facilities.
The presence of these hotels, restaurants and retail shops, in turn,
creates a unique “Stay and Play” tournament experience for the
athletes, their families and their coaches (as well as for the college
recruiters and professional scouts who also attend these tournaments
and showcases in significant numbers.) This Stay and Play tournament
experience is further enhanced by the multitude of recreational
activities afforded to tournament participants by the presence of nearby
Lake Allatoona and Red Top Mountain State Park.
3. The market has spoken.
LakePoint’s South Campus’ spectacular performance has exceeded projections and construction moves
on to the North Campus as we enthusiastically meet the market demand for our “Future Mecca of Youth
Sports.” LakePoint Sporting Community and Town Center has proven aptly named–it really is a town in and
of itself drawing teams and families from around the country and around the world. LakePoint is now home
to over 40 of the top sports leagues in the U.S. Further evidence of these early successes can be
demonstrated by dozens of “A” list high-wattage tenants, partners and sponsors–-Coca-cola, Powerade,
Bass Pro Shops and Kia Motors America among them.
LakePoint leverages technology to house and manage all visitor data, content and social channels via RFID
chips embedded in their clothing to allow for safer, more collaborative experiences. All LakePoint guests
and sponsors interact through a centralized player hub and multimedia content network, allowing them to
engage with each other before, during and after their visit. LakePoint Studios captures all game and
tournament video so players and their families can watch streams on-site and at home. Teams and families
can share links and clips from their games, but brands can also present relevant geo-targeted content and
offers throughout the park. These connections and relationships continue long after they leave our facility
creating lasting value beyond their memories. At LakePoint, we recognize the essence of 21st century
media–-that the athletes and their families are the content.
