1.急速なデジタル化によって現代社会においては、
情報そのものが社会や人間にとっての「価値」や「意味」をつくっている。
2.情報やデザインの重要性と責任の重さが増す中、
デザイナーやIAは徹底してETHICALであるべきであり、
何がETHICALか?を問い続けなければならない。
3.ユーザーにとって”惹きつけられること”をデザインすることは一見良いことに思えるが
、
長期的な視点で見るとそれが唯一の正しい方法か?深く考えなければならない。
4.ユーザー体験は常に「意思決定」によってつくられる。
よって、人が正しい意思決定を行うために情報やデザインは何ができるか?を
真摯に問い続けることがデザイナーやIAの使命である。
