• Social Media เป็น trend ของสังคมในปัจจุบันที่ปฏิเสธไม่ได้
• Social Media สาคัญในชีวิตประจาวัน เพราะเป็นโอกาสใน
การเข้าถึงข้อมูล และการเข้าสังคม
• Social Media สาคัญในทางสุขภาพ เพราะเป็นโอกาส
(Help) ในการ empower, engage และ educate ผู้ป่วย
(“e-patient”)
• Social Media สาคัญ เพราะเป็นความเสี่ยง (Harm) ที่หาก
ไม่ตระหนักและระมัดระวัง ก็ส่งผลร้ายต่อผู้ใช้และผู้ป่วยได้

สรุป
• รพ. ควรมีนโยบายและอบรมด้าน Social Media และ Security &
Privacy และควรจากัดการใช้ Social Media ในการ consult หรือ
ส่งต่อข้อมูลผู้ป่วยเท่าที่จาเป็น โดยไม่ควรระบุตัวตนผู้ป่วยได้ และ
ตระหนักในข้อจากัดของการใช้ IT ในการดูแลผู้ป่วย
• วิชาชีพต่างๆ โดยเฉพาะวิชาชีพทางสุขภาพ ควรมีนโยบายและสร้าง
ความตระหนักเรื่องการใช้ Social Media อย่างเหมาะสมแก่ผู้
ประกอบวิชาชีพนั้นๆ
• บุคคลควรตระหนักถึงความเสี่ยงในการใช้ Social Media อยู่เสมอ
และใช้อย่างระมัดระวัง รับผิดชอบ และมีจริยธรรม
