It all starts with clarity. As an agile coach I had to know WHY I am doing WHAT I am doing on a daily basis working with individuals, teams and the organization. If as an agile coach I can't clearly articulate WHY this role is important for the success of organziations, teams & individuals, then how could expect that this role is considered valuable and important?
A WHY is just a belief and my main belief is that great teams could achieve astonishing results!
Keeping that belief in mind, contributing in the creation of an environment of quality – humane – relationships that will further unleash the potentials of individuals, will enable teams to high perform and cooperate with one anoth...
