  3. Meetings are a necessary evil but… Not great for engaging people or for involving people Can be very boring Ultimately often not very effective
  4. Ask the audience…
  5. There must be a better way!
  6. Design games like other games, just for business rather than pleasure
  7. Look at stages for a design project Can play games at pretty much every step, from discovery to delivery and beyond
  8. Touchpoints are interactions with the system, not to be confused with channels
  9. A bit like planning poker
  10. Typically used to map the current experience, but could map the future experience
  11. Sadly I don’t think these are genuine top trumps cards
  12. Important that costs are relative to other features
