I think it means that we need to increase the emphasis on the value we would provide in the IPX value chain equation. “Local” (integrated) connectivity to a truly global IPX infrastructure with QoS catered to each application – HUGE value . Hosting of key applications “in the middle” (in your “Service Hub” on slide 11) that, without them, the international applications would break down (ENUM, LNP, WRG, etc.) – HUGE value . Promote the idea that very few players can solve all this globally. Its not easy at all. We can – yada yada yada…
