  4. Facebook i Google+ stranica treba predstavljati vaše poslovanje, dok profil predstavlja vas osobno. Iz profila možete jednostavno kreirati stranicu. Stranica na Facebooku vam pruža mogućnost neograničenog broja likeova te imate mogućnost plaćenog oglašavanja. Bitno je staviti kvalitetnu glavnu sliku, jer je to prvo što ljudi vide i po tome će vas prepoznati. Popunite sve informacije koje možete staviti o svom poslovanju, koristeći ključne riječi (one koje ljudi traže), jer će vas na taj način biti lakše pronaći.
  5. Bernard Baruch: “Most of the successful people I’ve known are the ones who do more listening than talking.” Ukoliko slušate na društvenim mrežama, tada možete trendove koristiti i “zajahati ih” te tako ostvariti dodatnu promociju. Slušanjem također saznajete što treba vašim klijentima.

Kada slušate što vaši “prijatelji” sličnih interesa pričaju, tada možete to podijeliti s ostalim vašim “prijateljima” te na taj način nešto interesantno podijeliti s većim brojem ljudi, a onima čije ste informacije prenijeli pokazati da ih slušate. Također, iako bi trebalo biti samo po sebi jasno – odgovarajte na komentare.
  7. Poželjno je da se ono što objavite potakne konverzaciju, da se što više ljudi uključi. Da bi u tome uspjeli, trebate na neki način zainteresirati ljude. Pri tom se možete služiti npr. postavljanjem pitanja, ostavljanjem nedovršenih rečenica, …
  8. Kvalitetan sadržaj najviše potiče na konverzaciju i daljnje dijeljenje. Sadržaj ne mora biti vaš vlastiti, iako najbolje da je, a da ga prethodno stavite na neki vaš drugi kanal (Internet stranicu, youtube, …).
  9. Objavljujte u doba kada je vaša ciljna skupina na internetu, jer u suprotnom će vaš post “pasti” ispod drugih te neće biti primiijećen. Najčešće je dobro objavljivati navečer, ali ako ciljate muškarce, nemojte u doba kad je liga prvaka na televiziji.
  10. Tagovi stvaraju tematske konverzacije na internetu. Kada koristite tagove, omogućujete drugima da pronađu ono što ste objavili u temi koja ih trenutno zanima. Naročito korisno kada je ono što ste objavili vezano uz više tema.
  11. Ovdje imamo dobar primjer slušanja i ponavljanja onoga što je netko drugi objavio. U istom primjeru vidi se kakav efekt polučuje objavljivanje kvalitetne fotografije (sviđanje, a puno bitnije dijeljenje). Također pogledajte tagove koji su korišteni prilikom objavljivanja fotografije. S druge strane imate primjer kvalitetnog videa koji prikazuje što se može raditi u našoj županiji. Zašto ga ne podijeliti sa svojim starim, budućim i potencijalnim gostima?
  12. Savjeti za Google tj. za bolje pozicioniranje na Google-u
  13. Prijavom na Google Business dobivate mogućnost da se vaše poslovanje prikaže u lokalnim rezultatima pretrage, dobivate veću vidljivost na Google-u, mogućnost praćenja i odgovaranja na recenzije vaših klijenata (na Google-u je moguće ostavljati recenzije za bilo kakvu vrstu poslovanja).
  14. Lakše će vas pronaći na Google tražilici, u Google mapama, u Google Earthu, … Na računalu, tabletu, mobitelu, u autu, …
  15. Što bolje optimizirate vaše društvene stranice (npr. u Google+ stranici stavite linkove na vašu stranicu, na vašu Facebook stranicu, opišete se korištenjem ključnih riječi, ne previše), to ćete biti bolje pozicionirani na Google-u i ove opise će Google moći prikazati kad vas netko traži.
  16. Bloganje predstavlja vašu trajnu Internet imovinu. Sve što napišete, uslikate, snimite vam može donositi koristi ne samo danas već i za 3 ili više godina. Odaberite svoje teme i svoje načine. Objavljujte prvenstveno na svojoj stranici.
  17. Ono što ste napisali, uslikali, usnimili, podijelite na društvenim mrežama. Neka vaši zaposlenici također otvore profile na društvenim mrežama te “lajkaju” i dijele sadržaje koje vaša stranica objavljuje.
  18. Google je odnedavno promijenio način rangiranja stranica i u rezultatima preferira stranice koje su prilagođene za mobilne uređaje. Zašto? Jer se preko 50% pretraga na Google-u događa putem mobilnih uređaja.
  19. Što se preciznije oglašavate, to ćete manje plaćati oglase, prije ćete doći do klijenata, lakše ćete vidjeti što je uspješno oglašavanje, a što ne i u kojem smjeru trebate usmjeriti marketinške napore. Oglašavanje možete usmjeriti prema npr. godinama, spolu, jeziku, lokaciji, …
  20. Jedna od varijanti preciznog oglašavanja, je oglašavati se ljudima koji su već zainteresirani za vas. Prije će u vaš restoran doći netko tko je već u Splitu, nego netko tko se još nalazi u Berlinu. Također, lakše se oglašavati ljudima koji su već zainteresirani za ono što nudite, posjetili su vašu stranicu.
  21. Savjeti za uspješniju komunikaciju
  22. Kome se obraćate? Na koji način? Recimo da se bavite turizmom i da želite pristupiti vašem ciljnom kupcu. Tko je to? Mlad čovjek, žena, majka, penzionerka? Čime se bavi, što ga/je zanima? Osmislite vašeg idealnog ciljnog kupca i perspektivu iz koje mu se obraćate. Držite to u glavi cijelo vrijeme. Pokušate li pisati/objavljivati za sve, nećete objavljivati za nikoga. Pronađite svoj glas.
  23. Na internetu je bolje da glas kojim se obraćate bude prisniji. Zamislite da svako obraćanje počnete s npr. cijenjeni g. Tomić. Na šta bi to ličilo?
  24. Brzina odgovaranja na upite, kritike, komentare, mailove je ključna. Na internetu, a pogotovo društvenim mrežama se stvari mogu jako brzo proširiti. Nekad to želite, a nekad i ne. Potencijalnom kupcu želite što prije odgovoriti. U suprotnom, on ide dalje.
  25. Tek kada ste različiti postajete vidljivi, uočljivi. Tek tada imate nešto vrijedno dijeljenja. Ovo je naročito vidljivo na portalima koji prodaju slične proizvode. Ukoliko vaša početna slika ne odskače, nećete dobivati nešto više prodaja od drugih. Budite različiti, iskočite iz struje.
  26. Ovo sve skupa je daleko lakše raditi kada radi više ljudi. Uključite vaše zaposlenike, obitelj. Neka svi sudjeluju u komunikaciji. Dijelite tuđe stvari. Pozovite eksperte da pričaju na vašem blogu (obostrano dobro).
  27. Zacrtajte što želite postići? Koji vam je cilj? Veči broj posjetitelja? Lajkova? Shareova? Prodaja?
  28. Na internetu praktički sve možete izmjeriti. Kako je netko došao do vas, koliko je gledao vaš proizvod, da li vas je kontaktirao. Mjerite stalno parametre koji vas zanimaju.
  29. Uočiti ćete puno prilika za poboljšanje. Nekada ćete nešto isprobati pa vidjeti da nije bilo dobro. Nema veze. Stalno unapređujte, i idite prema zacrtanim ciljevima.
  30. Ako to budete radili, neminovno ćete ostvarivati bolje rezultate. Imati više posjetitelja, shareova, lajkova, prodaja.
  31. Internet ima mnogo različitih zajednica. Bez obzira čime se bavili, neku zajednicu svojim doprinosima možete unapređivati. Dajite zajednici, vratit će vam se.
  32. Budite strpljivi, jer uspješnost i na Google-u i na društvenim mrežama je proces za kojeg treba vremena da ostvari rezultate.
  33. A jednog dana, kada izgradite vlastitu zajednicu, imati ćete stabilnost i otvarati će vam se brojne nove mogućnosti.
