CNC HIGH-SPEED Cutting machine:
Replacing AC Drive for high speed Spindle motor by changing 3 Ph 230v (imported
Japan machine) to 3Ph 400v drive by controlling output voltage of ac drive 400v to 200 v, and
interfacing with CNC Controller without fail. Machine is running successful project, & lead by own.
Injection Moulding Machines:
Nearly 40 Injection moulding machines we suggested and Added VFD circuit
successfully (staring from 22 kW) to save energy, and for motor protection as well as minimize
maintenance, for smooth and noise-free operations. Installed 18 drives installed, commissioned in 5
days at one site located at Ghatkaser, Hyderabad lead by own.
LIFT Applications:
Replaced SCHINDLER LIFT Controller (Auto-Door) with our own lift controller (G+5)
in near Hebbel Bangalore and completed installation, commissioning with customer. Lift is running
successfully.
Replaced VFD Drive of EMEARSON’s Uni-drive with our FUJI Multi drive in
JOHNSON’s Lift, at M/S Sipra Labs, Hyderabad and completed successfully, & lead by own
Cookie Drop Machine:
Programmed for Cookie Drop Machine by using Fuji PLC, Fuji HMI and Fuji Ac
Drives and Fuji Servo Motor, the Cookie Drop machine which includes Roller Servo motor, Table
Servo motor, and Conveyor Servo motors controlling through Servo Amplifiers. Also include Rotary
Motor and Wire Cut Motor Controlling through VFD.
EOT carne & Hoist:
Installed and commissioned no of Ac Drives for EOT as well as Hoist some of
includes DBR unit. Various place in that, much includes BDL, and like Government Projects.
Printing Machine:
Replaced Mitsubishi, Omron, Danfoss and, Emerson Uni-Drive, VFD’s replaced with
Fuji drives with same accuracy as well as same communication system Customers for example
Eenadu, Pragati Offset Printers.
