• 50+ courses online and on-campus using free digital and Open
Educational Resources with zero textbook costs to provide
degree pathways at lower cost to students
• Two complete OER-based Associate Degree programs online
and third campus OER degree pathway under development
• Students can save $150 per course, $3000 per degree
• Lowering cost of course materials can result in more credits
taken and quicker degree completion
• 20,000 NOVA students have completed an OER course and
saved nearly $3,000,000 USD since 2013
