At the end of 2011, as the chairman of LGZ and responsible for the
development and diffusion of Orochronodietology™, I was approached by a
group of professionals and experts who offered us the exclusivity rights for
Orochronodietology™ in the segment of Network Marketing.
We were all really fascinated by the conviction, the motivation and the
happiness of these people, which goal was to create a new Company
dedicated to Orochronodietology™, and to the future development of this

The human being can be defined as a complex of intelligent cells with
memory, each providing a specific function which work all together in
a perfect synergy.
A genius of cinema, Woody Allen, defined Health as “a state of
transition that doesn’t promise anything good: just a minimum
unbalance can modify our general health status ».
Even the World Health Organization (WHO) uses this definition in its
Constitution preamble of 1946, which hasn’t been modified since.
Health is a complete state of physical, mental and social wellness, and
is not defined as the simple absence of illness or infirmity. It implies
that the possibility to satisfy the basic and fundamental needs of the
person, whether those needs would be emotional, health related,
nutritional, social or cultural, starting from the embryo stage to the
elderly ones of our life.
Paraphrasing this definition, we can also say that happiness is a
transition state that doesn’t promise anything good: just a small
physical or psychological or even emotional problem makes us face a
reality that is no longer the ideal one we were living just a few
moments before.
And the more time passes without happiness, the harder it is to find it
again.
HAPPY.CO™ wanted to look for natural tools that can help us find

Story
of a Man
“Nature always
expresses itself :
you only need
to know how
to understand
it and observe
it with humility”

Behind my passion for natural medicine
there are experiences of my life.
I’ve always believed that man and nature both possess remedies to
the unbalances that manifest in man as diseases.
He who knows the «sick» well, also knows how much talking and
giving attention can help resolve many of their problems.
He who knows nature also knows how much the study of its language
and correct utilization of its fruit can be used to cure the sicknesses
of man.
All of this is the foundation of my belief and my personal and professional experiences.
Venetian, descendant of a dynasty of doctors, chemists and pharmacists
for five generations, I had the opportunity, since my youth, to also live
both the scientific spirit of the family’s chemical pharmaceutical group
and the simplicity of another great family tradition : the love of nature,
earth and the agricultural world.
Actually, I grew up among the grape vines’ agricultural farm in the hills
of Vicenza where my parents brought me to life. Here, since I was a
boy, among farmers and farm animals, I was fascinated by
the alchemy of vine production and the medicine of simple folk.
I tried to understand the secrets of medicinal herbs prepared by old
farmers according to the tradition of “folk medicine”.
I have always been sensitive to the stories of the elderly on their use
of popular medicine. I was fascinated by their capacity to instinctively
individualize, in spite of their diagnostic ignorance and medical
therapy, good natural remedies : there was always one available and
immediately efficient. “Nature always expresses itself : you only need
to know how to understand it and observe it with humility” as I was
told as a medical student, but I was over enthusiastic with a hunger to
learn the great scientific theories.
These strong memories and this apparent contrast between science
and nature, had a lot of importance on my professional life.
After graduating in medicine and surgery at the University of Padova
in Italy with specialization in General surgery, Anesthesia, Reanimation
and clinical pharmacology, I dedicated my first fifteen years of medical
profession alternating surgical practice with teaching at the university
and research in medicine and pharmacology. The desire for research

and creativity oriented me toward the management of international
projects in my family pharmaceutical group created by my grandfather.
Within Zambon Laboratories, was a maturation of fundamental
experiences of research and pharmaceutical industrial development
that lead me to France at Sophia Antipolis in the early 1990’s.
It was then that I found the meeting point of my experiences and my
aspirations: France, in Europe, is a country where phytotherapeutic
research is at the avant-garde and the south of France is rich in culture
and tradition of the natural world.
It was impossible not to find my roots and wings in this environment:
my first laboratory of Research and Development is in some way the
union of my experience in research, my medical practice and the
competence that I developed through the great knowledge of plants
and aromatic herbs in this French region. Twenty years as head of a
formidable staff of experts in phytoaroma- therapy allowed me to open
doors to innovation I found what I’d looked for in a long time in my
research in this field. Thanks to this innovation, confirmed by
worldwide patents obtained today, I was able to transfer my
competences, my medical and clinical culture and my experiences of
pure research and applied research in a new enterprise reality.
I founded Laboratoires Docteur Zannini where nature-sciencecreativity-innovation-efficient and pharmaceutical quality found their
realm in offering everybody the benefits that nature made available.
In collaboration with international Research Centers, world famous
universities, and profiting of medicine and pharmacology researchers
skills and experiences, we finally created in 2009 orodietology™ and
in 2010 Orochronodietology™, which development and exclusiveness
diffusion are from now on ensured by HAPPY.CO international, in
perfect synergy and synchrony with Laboratoires Docteur Zannini.

When I began reflecting on the creation of Laboratoires Docteur
Zannini, the syntony between the creation of natural remedies and
respect of nature in the entire chain of the fabrication process seemed
inevitable to me. My objective has always been to conceive a means of
production where the pharmaceutical quality and technology
naturally get united with respect to the environment and protection
of natural energetic sources.
It was in Saint Raphael, south east of the french riviera, that I found the
right place. On an old improved refuse site, the technological park
Epsilon offered me the opportunity to construct an industrial structure
whose composted foundation already respected nature.
We then decided to identify and apply to our project the most modern
technology in the field of sustainable development, with particular
regards to energy.

Coherent with this philosophy, our center of production is still today the
first industrial establishment in the world to utilize solar energy as a
source for all energetic needs, for both air treatment and the
nourishing of the industrial process, thanks to a new system that
utilizes solar air-conditioning by desiccation. Enough of consuming
gas and other energetic sources and make way to a more natural
system of production.
Sun is sufficient for heating, cooling or climatizing the production cycle
to the ideal temperature making it capable of maintaining the best
characteristics of our raw plant material and nourishing our whole
fabrication process.
More than 1800 square meters of high natural technology was built on
a terrain of more than 4000 square meters where we wanted to
maintain the vegetation that spontaneously grew in this region :
lavender, rosemary, thyme, sage, eucalyptus and... grape vines.

Nutrition is the source of our lives,
since the first cell of the new born
is created in the womb of the mother.

The new scientific disciplines are more and more interested in the
relationship between nutrition and cellular memory. Recent studies
(for example of epigenetic) tend to demonstrate that food can interfere
with the cell’s behaviour, even with changes to the chromosomal level.
The food supply is supposed to bring to the body all the nutrients
necessary for its proper functioning, and therefore to the maintenance
of good health. The nutrients are the elementary components
contained in the food, or from the ambient nature. They are used by the
body to cover its physiological needs, including for growth and
development. Water is the main element of our functioning; the
carbohydrates, lipids, proteins have a particular energetic function, a
function of constitution and of maintenance of tissues; vitamins,
essential amino acids, essential fatty acids, the mineral elements (Na,
K, Ca, P, Mg, S, Fe, Zn, etc. ), the oligo-elements (I, Cu, Co, Cr, Mn, V,
Mo, Ni, Pb, etc. ) have a role in the regulation of metabolism and,
finally, the dietary fiber have a function primarily of mechanical type.

Nature has created different food,
rich in essential nutrients, with a daily
and seasonal rhythm, to allow us to be
constantly well fed and therefore to be
able to respond to the demands of
our life and respect what should be
our normal life cycle, on daily and
in the course of the years basis.
However, progressively industrialized, food is paradoxically far from

It is refined, heated to high temperature, irradiated...
At equal weight, food contains fewer nutrients than when extracted
from traditional agriculture, which has led to an incomplete food

Protection
All the metabolic activities of the cell are producing toxins and waste,

Overnight, the cell is resting as it does not have to worry about its specific function (that it carries during the day) and can therefore take care only of

In the evening, the cells must be prepared to support their
overnight renewal, regeneration and detoxification function. In the evening, the cells end their «chrono» cycle and must rebuild their reserves

The orogranule

Orochronodietology™ is the only natural therapy that makes possible the
simultaneous and immediate availability of the nutritional principles
needed by the cell for its nutrition, protection and to revive its function
deficit, in the moment when they are most needed thanks to a new
biological complex, called Orogranule™, where active ingredients are at
the same time content and container, allowing the buccal assimilation
and absorption (orobioavailability).
The Orogranule™ is the intake unit that makes the cellular action of
Orochronodietology™ possible.

Composition
Each Orogranule™ is born thanks to the simultaneous and progressive
integration from the center to the periphery, starting from a nucleus
of 100 µ in diameter, of a complex of active ingredients of natural origin
coming from Phytotherapy, Aromatherapy and Micronutrition.
Two sets of actives are integrated simultaneously in order to create
the new complex specific to each program during the building process
of each Orogranule™:
- The active ingredients that provide nutrition and protection of the cell,
grouped under the name of β-Méditril™, and common to every
program.

Thus, each Orogranule™ is characterized by the presence of this
nutritional complex in order to fill the deficiency of substances that
are essential to the cell, particularly for cell nutrition and protection
but also to simultaneously strengthen the specific action of plant
extracts and essential oils provided by:
- The complex of all natural active ingredients (herbs, oils, essential
oils, ...) specific to address the problem of functional impairment.
The Orogranule™ is the only and unique solid form that integrates
simultaneously Phytotherapy, Aromatherapy and Micronutrition in a
complex directly assimilated by mouth.

Manufacturing principle
The Orogranules™ are built one by one starting from a central core of
about 100 microns in diameter around which a set of liquid and solid
components, oils and essential oils (normally liquid and very volatile)
can be progressively integrated to form a single solid complex, each
specific for each Orogranule™.
The importance of the complex compared to a simple association of
ingredients, typical of other solid forms (being it a mixture to be
enclosed in a capsule or tablet, for example ...) is demonstrated by the
results regarding the level of antioxidant power obtained by the simple
association where one can observe that the association may lead to
values well below the sum of the effect of the single component (table
1), while the complex created through the Orogranule™ produces a
result greater than the sum of the single components (table 2).
