The Majlis Awlia Mosque was built between 1393-1410 AD in Pathrail village by Sultan Azam Shah. It has a rectangular shape with ten domes and terracotta designs. Similar to the 1523 Bagha Jami Mosque, the Majlis Awlia Mosque was an important archaeological and economic site that attracted thousands of domestic and foreign tourists each year.

Mosque”

government is, “Majlis Awlia Mosque”.
3. HISTORY
This mosque was built during anytime between 1393 AD to 1410
AD.
It was built by the great ruler, Sultan Azam Shah.
4. ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITE
• At the Southern side of the mosque, “Majlis Awlia Khan”
• There is a majar just near the mosque which was formed
using the name of “Mastan Darbesh Nazimuddin Dewan”
and “Fakir Salimuddin Dewan”.
• There was a large Dighi(water tank) was created just near
the mosque.
6. ABOUT MOSQUE
• The Mosque is located in the village of Pathrail.
• The Historical Mosque is rectangular shape.
• The building was in ruins with no roof when its taken by
archeological department.
• The wall thickness is 2.05 meter.

12. TOURIST SITE
• Yearly thousands of domestic and foreign tourist are visited
this Mosque and Majar.
• No Ticket System. Its open for all.
• There is no extra facility for tourist.

At the Southern side of the mosque, “Majlis Awlia Khan”, the mosque was named after his name. There is a majar just near the mosque. The mazar was formed using the name of “Mastan Darbesh Nazimuddin Dewan” and “Fakir Salimuddin Dewan”. There was a large Dighi(water tank) was created just near the mosque. The water tank was made to ease the water problem of the peasant. Thats why people used to call the mosque as “Dighir par jame moshjid”.
