Large screen or projector in every meeting room Take laptops to meetings, use Microsoft OneNote for note taking Avoid paper Scan your documents, store them on SharePoint Give people the freedom to sit where they want Ideally people who work together on projects sit together Work from anywhere Use meeting & focus-rooms Work from home or remote locations

This allows someone to sit in between and quickly review something Make tables deep enough (90 cm or more) Easy access to power plugs (laptop/mobile phone) Visual distraction Avoid facing people to zones with lots of movement Add “wall” of 1,2m height to create space isolation Acoustic distraction Use acoustic panels to cancel echo and noise (VERY IMPORTANT!!) Mask background noises with soft radio music Keep it open and transparent (use glass)

We don’t want to disturb people who are working! Acoustic isolation Use door and walls that makes the room really quiet Use acoustic panels to cancel echo and noise Visual distraction Face the people to a window or wall so they are not disturbed by movement Use a glass door so we can see if the room is free, and who is working there Foresee 4-6 power plugs with easy access Laptop stand with large screen, keyboard, mouse and headset

Keep it transparent (use glass) Equipment Easy access to power plugs (in the table) 40-50 inch LCD monitor on the wall (avoid projectors for small rooms) Conference phone on the table (Lync compatible) Whiteboard Airconditioning with in-room sensor + ventilation
