Polar bears
Polar bears live in the Arctic . They have got white fur and can weigh
more than 600 kilos . Polar bears have got small ears and small tails , but very
large paws . Their paws help them in the water and they can swim up to 96

More than two thousand years ago Hippocrates said " Let food be your
medicine " Most of us eat because we are hungry or because we like the taste
of certain things , but a lot of our food actually acts as medicine for us !
Bananas , for instance , are good for your stomach . Other fruits , such as
raspberries have natural aspirin in them . Oranges and lemons are high in
vitamin C , which helps to fight colds . Garlic and yogurt are also very good for
