10. EXERGY-EIL JV ASSOCIATION
Exergy and Engineer’s India Limited (EIL) went into a JV Association
through a Global MoU to jointly pursue Engineering Procurement and
Construction (EPC) activity on LSTK (Lumpsum Turnkey Basis)/ Open Book
(OB) for all Solar PV and Solar Thermal Power Projects.
EIL, a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU), has a global experience of over
4300 EPC Project Contracts including India’s first solar thermal based
hybrid power plant in 1998. Exergy is a technology agnostic and
knowledge intensive consulting house. The mutual collaboration has
already attracted large number of project developers bidding for 1st
Phase of JNNSM, for complete LSTK services. Currently we are working
with clientele of bidding for over 300 MW Solar (PV + Thermal).
