Qiang Sheng Wang - CISCO
Is a senior Java RCP developer, and commiter of eclipse projects. He
holds the master degree of IT, and started his first eclipse project in
2004. He is the committer of eclipse BIRT project, and was leading the
UI team in shanghai to build the BIRT report designer UI from preview
release to 2.2. He was the committer of eclipse PDT, and has been
working for several RCP based projects from script language IDE,
graphical data analysis, EDA tools, network topology designer, and etc.
Now he is a software engineer in Cisco.

Mica Block - Director, OPENTEXT
Mica has 20+ years’ software industry experience in various roles,
including product management and technical sales. He joined Actuate
(now OpenText) in 1996 helping build and guide the technical sales
force, and has been working on the BIRT project since its inception in
2004. Currently Mica is director of Actuate Corporate Engineers
(ACES) that provides high-level technical support to the OpenText
sales force. Mica has specific expertise in report design, visualization
and dashboard design, internationalization and localization,
performance and scalability, and Maximo BIRT integration.

Sai Paravastu – Carrington Associates
With over 2 decades of experience in technology, Sai is a strategic
planner around enterprise data strategy and system development life
cycle improvement. He has very good understanding of the challenges
faced by the IT as well as business stakeholders in the information
management space.
Sai has extensive experience in delivery of IT projects covering
Architecture, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Analytics,
Application Development and Infrastructure, across Telecoms,
Manufacturing, Education, Public sector, Banking and Insurance
industries.
