• SEQ Waterproofing RC was engaged to undertake the roofing works at the Breeze
Apartments Redcliffe. The Buildings 1250m2 rooftop consisted of a concrete structural
deck with a 5 coat liquid waterproofing application. The waterproof membrane has
outstanding resistance to weathering including permanent UV irradiation, high solar
reflectance and is exceptional to the harsh Queensland environment. Adcrete Industries
& EnviroTech Waterproofing Solutions also provided a 15 year warranty with a 12 month
,5,10 & 15 Year Maintenace Inspection on the roofing system which gives our client
peace of mind of longevity for their investment.
